Welcome to the 2023-24 Registration with Sun Valley Youth Hockey

TRIAL PERIOD-  FOR FIRST TIME HOCKEY PLAYERS!  We want to welcome you to this great sport of hockey, but we know it can be overwhelming to make such a huge commitment of time and resources if you are unsure if your child will like it.  You have the option of a 4 week trial period (Oct 17-Nov 11 for 6U-10U and Oct 2-27 for 12U-19U).  The cost will be $125 for Mites and $200 for all other age groups.  If you choose to continue past the 4 week trial period, you will pay the remainder due.  If you should choose to stop playing hockey, the trial period fee is non-refundable.  You must still complete this entire registration, but when you get to the payment page just choose the "TRIAL PERIOD" option.  This is available for first time hockey players only.  Please see the information below on how to register.

NEW HOCKEY PLAYERS AND RETURNING HOCKEY PLAYERS:

In order to successfully complete your registration with SVYH, you must complete the following 3 steps

• Step 1: In order to register with SVYH you will need a 23-24 USA Hockey Number.  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s).  Once you have a 23-24 USA Hockey number, return here to complete the SVYH registration.
• Step 2: Complete the entire SVYH registration.  You know you have completed everything when you get to the receipt page that says "Registration Complete."
• Step 3:  Please upload your Medical Release Form during registration.  If you are unable to upload, please print, fill out, and return the form to the registrar before the first day of practice.   You can email to sunvalleyyouthhockey@gmail.com with "Player's Name Medical Release Form" in the subject line or mail to P.O. Box 1293 Sun Valley, Idaho 83353.  This form is mandatory for each player.  You will also "sign" this form electronically during the registration process.  The hard copy will be kept with each team manager during the season.
   

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account information available.  There is no longer an option to pay offline so you must have your payment ready to complete this registration.  Further payment instructions are outlined within this online registration session.

REMEMBER:

1. Go to USA Hockey and register as a member of USA Hockey. 

2. Come back to this site to register with Sun Valley Youth Hockey, using the number you received from USAHockey.
